Rocky Jones, Space Ranger: Manhunt in Space: Hollingsworth Morse

Hey everyone, remember Rocky Jones? No? You know...Rocky Jones, the greatest of the Space Rangers! You still don't remember him? Well, I guess it's nothing to worry about. Almost nobody remembers Rocky Jones, the clean-cut hero of the 50s sci-fi television series Rocky Jones, Space Ranger. But 50s sci-fi fans rejoice! Three episodes of his show have been combined into a single movie that you can share with your children! It's called Manhunt in Space! Too bad that it is almost unwatchable. In a future where colored people have apparently been ethnically cleansed en masse, Rocky Jones is a space ranger, a futuristic force of interstellar policemen. He patrols the stars with a crew composed of a bimbo, an idiot pilot, and an annoying little kid. For this adventure, Rocky Jones & Co. must unravel a case of mysterious ship disappearances. Along the way, the movie submits the viewer to some of the most ridiculous sci-fi special effects and pseudo-science this side of Star Trek. Did you know that you can decrease the temperature of light to make yourself invisible? No? Well the creators of Manhunt in Space didn't know that. In fact, the creators of Manhunt in Space didn't know a lot of things, primarily how to make a good television show.

4/10
